2- Are all Paintings originals?
Yes, all Paintings displayed on
Dla-Paintings.Art are originals,
unless specified otherwise, i.e. "Print".
Each Painting is unique, signed by Dla and bears a logo on the back.

3- Can I order a Custom Painting?
Yes, you can order a Custom Painting knowing that -for now- size is limited to 50 x 50 cm / 19,7 x 19,7 in .

1- You can choose:
* The size: up to 50 x 50 cm / 19,7 x 19,7 in.
* The form: square or rectangle.
* Canvas: White or Black (if available).
* Acrylic Paint: range and type of colors.
* The subject: "Visions of the World" or "Imaginary Flowers" or "Mystery Painting".

2- Once realized, I will propose you 2 different Intuitive Paintings in accordance with the chosen subject, from which you will choose the one that pleases you best.
4- How can I buy a Painting?
Please, use the "Contact Page" to message me. Upon receiving your email stating the reference of the Painting you wish to buy, or specifying "Custom Painting"if such is your choice, I will send you a document explaining the "Terms & Conditions".

* While "first come, first served" will prevail, if a confirmation of interest or a payement is delayed more than expected, the Painting may go to the next potential buyer (see 5- Modifying/Canceling my order).
* If an order is canceled, the next potential buyer will be informed (see 5- Modifying/Canceling my order).
* If sold, a Painting will be marked as "unavailable".
5- Modifiying / Canceling my order
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them. If you don't modify or cancel your order within that time lapse, it will be considered valid. Payment will then be expected during the next 24 hours.

* If payment is not made during the 24 hours timelapse, your pending order will automatically be canceled and the next potential buyer will be informed of the availability of the Painting.
* Please, don't make a payment after the authorized 24 hours timelapse, without consulting me about the availability of the Painting you wished to purchase, as it may not be available any more and transaction fees will be deducted from the refund you will then receive.
6- Shipping & Handling
Orders will typically be shipped within 5 to 7 working days. The costs of Shipping & Handling are not included in the price of the Paintings. They are calculated based on your address and the size of the artwork.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Confirmation email with a Tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Delivery times may vary based on the destination and the shipping method.No guarantee can be given as to how long it will really take for you to receive your purchase.

* Please, refuse the delivery of any defective package and message me as soon as possible if such is the case. I will appreciate you taking a picture of the damaged package and your refusal written on it. Send it it to "Paintings.by.Dla@gmail.com".
* A proof of delivery will void any claim of non-delivery.
7- What are the limitations of returning a Purchase?
A Purchase may be returned within 14 calendar days starting from the delivery date.
Note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. * * * * * * * A refund will be initiated soon after receiving your purchase back:- If the painting is in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging, you will get a full refund.- If the painting is damaged, a penalty will apply, as stated in the "Terms & Conditions" you agreed on and signed, prior to buy the Painting.

8- Authenticity Certificates & Invoices
15 calendar days after the delivery of your purchase, the Painting becomes your property. An "Authenticity Certificate" and an "Invoice" will be sent to your postal address and a copy emailed to you.

9- Accepted Payment Methods
For now, only PayPal and bank transfer are accepted.All transactions are secure.
